Kalamazoo Man Found Seriously Injured On Bench

A Kalamazoo man was found seriously injured late last night on a bench.

Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety Officers found the 57-year-old man unresponsive around 11pm Wednesday in the 800 block of West Michigan Ave, suffering from severe head and facial injuries.  The man was taken to the hospital, but authorities say he is not expected to survive.

Police are saying that the incident is suspicious, and are trying to determine how the man was injured.
