Asiata, who had six rushing touchdowns for the Minnesota Vikings last year, will compete for a job in a backfield that already includes Ameer Abdullah, Theo Riddick, Zach Zenner, Dwayne Washington and undrafted rookie Tion Green. Guard Connor Bozick also joins the Lions.
