Authorities Investigating Suspicious Death

State and Local authorities are investigating the death of a Springfield man after his body was discovered yesterday.

Calhoun County Sheriff’s Deputies went to the 200 block of North 23^rd Street in Springfield around noon Monday, finding a 27-year-old man dead.  The Michigan State Police were called in as well, with their mobile crime lab.

Authorities have not yet determined the cause of death, but at this time they do think it’s suspicious.
