Albion Police Promote Neighborhood Watch Organizations

Authorities in Albion are promoting efforts to help citizens fight crime in their day to day lives.

The Albion Department of Public Safety says that it’s easy to get a Crime Prevention or Neighborhood Watch group started, and that once you do there is “safety in numbers”. They say that a neighborhood working together can help establish a stronger connection between police and community, and can help reduce crime in your area.

Those interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch can contact the ADPS for assistance, and they will help get that first meeting set up for your community.
