Battle Creek Youth Gunned-Down In Street

A young man was gunned down in the streets of Battle Creek, Saturday afternoon.

Police found the 15-year-old male victim, around 3:20 PM, on Orchard Place, just north of Capital Avenue N/E. He was transported to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo in critical condition.

Detectives continue to follow leads in the case.
