Perles Home Robbed

14 bowl game rings have been stolen from the Meridian Township home of former Michigan State football coach George Perles. Perles told the Lansing State Journal the rings were stolen while he was attending the MSU-Oregon game September 12th. Some other jewelry was also stolen, but Perles believes the thieves were mostly targeting the rings. Perles coached MSU from 1983 to 1994.
