On the Opening Day of the 100th Session of the Michigan Legislature, State Representative Matt Hall was sworn into office by Supreme Court Justice Stephen J. Markman at the state Capitol to serve his first term. Hall was elected last November as the state representative for the 63rd Michigan House District, which consists of south and central Calhoun county and eastern Kalamazoo county.

Hall’s legislative office is officially open, and has already begun helping constituents. “I am humbled to have the opportunity to serve the citizens of the 63rd House District” said Hall, R-Emmett Township. “My top priority is being responsive to the needs of my constituents. My office is open to help constituents get answers to any issues they are having with state government and to share their ideas on how to move Michigan forward.”

Working in Hall’s Lansing office is Caitlyn Eurich as legislative director and Ashley Wrubel as constituent relations director, both former legislative aides for former Speaker Tom Leonard. Hall’s Lansing office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. His office can be contacted by phone at (517) 373-1787 or by email at MattHall@house.mi.gov. Communication can also be mailed to N-997 House Office Building, P.O. Box 30014, Lansing, MI 48909.

Hall will appear on the 95.3 WBCK Morning Show with Tim Collins on Monday January 21st, after the 8 O'clock news and talk about his first couple of weeks in Lansing and his goals as a State Rep.
