Sun Now, Rain Later
If the forecast is any indication, it seems April showers waited until May to dominate the weather - at least in the first week of the month.
The National Weather Service forecast for Battle Creek suggests better chances at rain all next week, starting with thunderstorms on Monday. The NWS also has not ruled out the chance for thundershowers on Sunday - Kalamazoo Marathon day - calling it a 30% chance. Other forecasters, like Intellicast shown above, have ruled it out for Sunday.
The NWS feels chances for showers are possible through the end of next week.
