The Battle Creek Police Department is attempting to track down suspects after an armed robbery early Tuesday morning.

The BCPD says that as employees were leaving a business in the 2500 block of Capital Ave. SW around 1am Tuesday, two men appeared and forced them back inside. One suspect pulled out a gun, and an unknown amount of cash was then stolen from the cash register before the two men fled on foot.

A K-9 track was conducted when police responded, but it did not turn up any leads.

The suspects are described as black men between the ages of 25 and 30, who have thin to medium builds. The BCPD asks that anyone with information about this robbery get in contact with them either directly, or by calling Silent Observer.
