Woman Airlifted To Hospital After Battle Creek Crash
The Battle Creek Police Department is now investigating a crash that left a woman seriously injured Thursday night.
Officers responded to the area of 6 Mile and Hill Roads in Battle Creek around 10pm Thursday, and found a vehicle that ran off of the roadway. The vehicle’s only occupant, a 45-year-old woman, was badly hurt, and had to be airlifted for treatment at a Kalamazoo hospital. Right now, what caused this driver to leave the road remains unknown; investigators continue to look into it.
No other vehicles appear to have been involved in the crash, and no one else was hurt.
