Heat Moves Some Battle Creek Area Events Inside
There are lots of great summer events going on in Battle Creek this weekend, but too much summer is causing some to be moved inside.
Kellogg Arena Sales and Marketing Manager Kelly Walden was on the 95.3 WBCK Morning Show with Tim Collins. She said they're moving Saturday's Caribbean Festival inside Kellogg Arena, so that everyone can safely enjoy the festival. Friday night's Vibe@5 is moving from Friendship Park, across the State Street parking lot to the Cricket Club.
Walden says tonight's movie in the park, "Space Jam" will not move. The FREE family event has pre-movie activities beginning at 8:00 pm followed by a family friendly movie at dusk.
