Meet Diesel, a very sweet good boy, waiting patiently at the Humane Society of South Central Michigan to find his forever home.

Don't be fooled by his tough guy name, Diesel is very calm and reserved but could become more energetic with the confidence of having a loving home. Diesel is last weeks featured pet, Sealy's brother. Diesel is progressing well on his leash training but could still use a little work. He is a low energy puppy dog that loves treats and sits very nicely to get them. Diesel has a beautiful brindle/ marbled short haired coat, similar to his sisters. He is a Plott Hound/Labrador Retriever mix and only 5 months old, so still has more growing to do.

Diesel would do best in a calm household and would likely do well with other dogs or even cats, pending a meet and greet. He is a very loving boy that warms up to you quickly when given the chance and loves to spend time with his people.
