On Wiggly Tail Wednesday on the 95.3 WBCK Morning Show, we feature a pet of the week who is adoptable at the Humane Society of South Central Michigan. This time, things are a little different!

Jessica and April from the HSSCM brought along Fifi, Frankie, and Finn and let them introduce themselves! These puppies are about five-months old, and based on their appearance and their mother, they're believed to be a trio of chiweenies (that's chihuahua and daschhund mixed together, FYI).

These three were so sweet and friendly, and of course full of puppy energy! They were a lot of fun to watch playing with each-other.

If you're interested in adopting any or all of these dogs, you can fill out the application form found at the HCCSM website here.

The Human Society of South Central Michigan is also holding a fundraising event next month. This Pints for Paws event will take place at the Grand River Brewery in downtown Marshall, and will help support the HCCSM in their effort to help shelter pets. Attendants are asked to bring one of the following items from their wish list:

  • paper towels
  • non-clumping cat litter
  • hard dog toys
  • liquid dish soap
  • scented liquid laundry detergent

Pints for Paws takes place from 5:30 to 8:30pm Tuesday, April 9 at the Grand River Brewery on 101 W Michigan Ave. in downtown Marshall.

The Humane Society of South Central Michigan is located at 2500 Watkins Rd. in Battle Creek.
