Battle Creek City Offices, KCC Closed Monday For MLK Day Observances

Since Martin Luther King, Jr. Day falls on a Sunday this year, government offices and others will be closed on Monday, January 16.

The City of Battle Creek says in a release that administrative offices will be closed in observance of the holiday. However, the Battle Creek Transit and Tele-Transit services will be operating normally, and Waste Management will conduct trash and recycling pick-ups on time.

As well, all Kellogg Community College locations, including the library and bookstore, will be closed January 16.
