Neo is just  a pup, born in January of this year.  He's a Catahoula-Shepherd mix, and very playful and courteous.   He's a little sensitive to new things, and will need a little confidence building.

A couple of our other featured pups are still looking for new homes.  Benson and Peppi both are living at the shelter on Watkins Road, and they'd love to meet you.

The Humane Society had a great event last week at Territorial Brewing, and the next big event is "Martini Madness", this Thursday, May 17th at Southern Exposure.

Every spring, more than 100 animal lovers gather at beautiful Southern Exposure Herb Farm for a very special event. The Martini Mixer, taking place Thursday, May 17, 2018, benefits the animals at the shelter as a signature fundraising event and includes four different martinis, fantastic food prepared by Chef Elsie and a breathtaking atmosphere. All proceeds go directly to supporting shelter operations. Festivities begin at 5:30pm.

Tickets are $80 per person and must be reserved and paid for in advance. For tickets, call 269.963.1796, ext. 19 or CLICK HERE to pay online.

The event will also feature a wine pull for $20 per bottle.
