The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Flood Watch for Allegan, Barry, Calhoun, Eaton, Kalamazoo, Jackson and Van Buren Counties in southwest Michigan. The watch continues through Tuesday morning.

Rainfall totals over the last several days has totaled 1.5 to 3 inches south of I-96. Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected to bring another 1 to 3 inches in the advised areas and could lead to flooding in low lying areas and along streams and rivers.
